Perma-Ty black, elastic shoelace is used by individuals who have difficulty tying laces or taking shoes off and on. When laced, the shoelace stretches to allow the foot to slip into and out of the shoe like a loafer. The shoelace provides one-time tying for ease of use, and measures 30” (L). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The shoelace is delivered in a bag of three for multiple use.
