Singer pattern marking tool kit is perfect for pattern marking and transfer of notations to fabric. Package contains a pattern tracing wheel and water soluble ink marking pen. Trace markings with the tracing wheel. Use marking pen to lightly trace over pattern tissue and the ink will bleed through the tissue onto both layers of fabric.
