Dudley's scalp special is a light hair and scalp oil conditioner that helps to control itchy scalp and falling hair. This conditioning hair dressing has lanolin and mineral oils which soften and impart a glossy sheen. Directions: use fingertips to apply a small amount of Dudley's scalp special.
