Use the hard, colorless Burnisher pencil over color to create an impressive shine. When used over layers of pigment, it offers a rich polished finish. Also used for the wax resist technique. Use the soft, colorless blender pencil, made from the binder used for colored pencils, to combine layers of pigments to produce subtle blends of color and and soften hard edges of colored pencil artwork.
