Relief stockings are woven with a 3-D knit structure using air covered spandex yarn that is soft to touch and comfortable for all day wear. The Silicone Dot Band helps keep the garment in place all day long! The closed toe style is designed with a generous toe area allowance for users who require additional "wiggle room".
