This highly-concentrated, unsweetened all natural gourmet flavouring. The pleasant licorice flavour is excellent for flavouring pizzelle cookies and biscotti is 3 to 4 times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavourings or extracts. Don't let the tiny bottle fool you; a very small amount is packed with flavour and aroma. Use in candies, chocolates, ice cream, baking, or anywhere an extra bit of flavour is desired.
