ABC Max by Aerobic Life is a colon cleanser powder and overall digestive track detox system that contains a power blend of cleansing herbs. Our colon detox contains a proprietary blend of Psyllium Husk Powder, Onion Powder, Dandelion Root Powder, Licorice Root Powder, Spirulina Powder, Clove Powder, Yellow Dock Root Powder, Black Walnut Hulls and Garlic Powder. ABC contains the purest form of psyllium available. Psyllium is able to "scrub" the intestines and transport waste through the intestinal tract. Psyllium is a bulking agent that promotes bowel regularity. It can be used regularly, as opposed to harsh stimulant laxatives which should only be used occasionally. It makes stools softer and therefore helps relieve chronic constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulitis, hemorrhoids, and other intestinal disorders. Studies show that licorice root can improve bile flow. Bile acids are responsible for the metabolism of cholesterol in the body. Licorice root soothes the digestive system promoting good digestion and normal bowel movement. ABC can be taken every day to help supplement your dietary fiber needs. To use as a dietary supplement, mix 1 tablespoon in 8 ounces in fruit juice one to three times daily. In the morning, 30 minutes before or after a meal and/or at bedtime. Drink immediately and follow with a large glass of water. A temporary feeling of fullness is normal after taking ABC. You may also notice more frequent bowel movements. Mucus and dark layered fecal matter are not uncommon and no cause for an alarm.
