The small batter bowl holds 1 quart. You can mix, store, reheat and even bake in the heavy-glass bowl. Standard and metric marks imbedded in the glass for easy measuring. A spout and handle for easy pouring, and a plastic lid for easy storage. Dishwasher safe and oven safe to 350 degrees. Plastic lids are not oven safe.
