- DOSAGE: Pure Encapsulations recommends - Ages 4 to 8, 1/2 tsp per day, with a meal. Can be mixed with juice. Ages 8 to 18, 1 tsp per day, with a meal. Ages 18 and up, 1-2 tsp per day, in divided doses, with meals.
