500 pouches Oregon Laminations Premium brand Business Card size 10 mil hot laminating pouches 2-1/4" x 3-3/4" with standard 1/8" radius rounded corners and clear gloss finish. High gloss finish makes colors pop. Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 2" x 3-1/2" (or less) to leave standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge. Metric specs: 57mm x 95mm and 250 microns thick per flap. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps.
TIPS: Industry standard specification for 10 mil laminating pouches is 10 mils on each flap for a total of 20 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three like folders.
