C-StatinTM contains a proprietary extract of bindweed, comprised of proteoglycan molecules (PGMs) and has no recorded adverse side effects. PGMs have been demonstrated to have significant anti-angiogenic and immunostimulatory effects. C-StatinTM has been shown to inhibit new blood vessel growth up to 73% and abnormal cell growth up to 96.8% . This product is commonly used with C-StatinTM II, and/or Imm-KineTM. C-StatinTM is a food supplement only. It is not evaluated by the FDA and it is not intended to cure, treat or prevent any disease or condition. Proteoglycan extract (PGM) was tested for anti-aniogenic activity. PGM is a non-toxic extract from the ubiqitous plant Convolvulus arvensis.
