100 Oregon Lamination double letter size laminating pouches 11.5 x 17.5-inch are typically used for menus, placemats, signs and typical 11 x 17-inch paper sheets. These thermal lamination pockets are 3 mil thick on each flap for maximum clarity and flexibility. 3 mil is the thinnest and clearest standard lamination pouch thickness and is compatible with nearly every thermal pouch laminator on the market. The adhesive becomes clear when heat activated.

Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 11-1/4 x 17-1/4-inch (or less) to provide a standard border of laminate around all sides of your sheet (See LAMINATING TIPS below for flush trim or multiple cards per pouch)

Note: Industry standard specification for 3 mil laminating pouches is 3 mil on each flap for a total of 6 mil added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these pouches, yet they are sealed on only one edge instead of three (like a file folder).
