These two concerts - previously available as single DVDs - are the earliest filmed documents of the trio. The films have been out of print for several years, and will be much sought after by Jarrett fans in this new combined package and special price. The two concerts are very different in character: Volume one finds the trio reaching into a down-home, country-and-gospel inflected mode on several tunes. Volume two features a particularly great all-standards program. 2008 marks the 25th Anniversary Year of the trio who will be touring this autumn.
