Use a knife or a corrugated garnishing tool to cut the vegetable into a cylinder shape. Insert the screw of the spiral slicer into the center of the top of the vegetable. Place your finger into the hole and turn the tool clockwise. Attach the ends of the spiral together with a toothpick. The Potato Spiral can be fried.
