The ChefMaster commercial griddle scraper is ergonomically designed to maximize productivity and minimize operator fatigue. It is made from heavy duty die cast aluminum construction that provides a strong and sturdy frame. Equipped with a safety splash guard, this griddle scraper protects against grease splatters. It's uniquely long handle (18-inch) and its built in top support handle keeps hands and fingers away from hot griddle surfaces. Because this griddle scraper is for commercial use, it has been tested and received the ETL Mark certification for sanitation testing to ANSI/NSF Standard 2 for foodservice equipment.
