This two box set features Louis Gossett, Jr. in dramatically different roles. In Iron Eagle he plays Col. Charles "Chappy" Sinclair, a retired Vietnam veteran pilot, who helps Doug Masters (Jason Gedrick), son of veteran U.S. Air Force pilot Col. Ted Masters (Tim Thomerson), rescue his father from a Libyan prison where he is facing certain death. In the Principal, Gossett plays the head of security at Brandel High, an inner-city school plagued by drugs and violence. He assists Rick Latimer (James Belushi) a high school teacher with a drinking problem who has been assigned as principal at the high school as punishment for his poor record at his previous school. Together they work to break the control of the gangs and bring back a sense of pride to Brandel High.
