This smudge stick bundle is hand-made with Sweetgrass and desert Sage (Artemesia tridenta). Smudging is a blessing ritual used for many purposes. Light the smudge stick, then blow across the stick to keep it glowing. Once the stick is smoking, pass the bundle over whatever needs cleansing or pass the item through the smoke. smudge stick can also be used like incense.
