This Black Power Ranger action figure is 5 inches tall. The package says 1994, but the date on the actual figure says 1993! It has all the right joints and he holds his weapons perfectly. The shoulders can move all around and elbows move every way also. Includes a gun with holster and also his power Axe. The head can change from human mode (looks just like Zach) and can change automatically to his power ranger helmet. Made by BanDai in 1994 and long out of production.
