Based on the 1968 Newbery Medal-winning book by E.L. Konigsburg, this story follows Claudia Kincaid (Sally Prager), a young girl who runs away with her brother Jamie to live in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where they come upon a breathtaking but mysterious statue. Could it possibly be a Michelangelo sculpture? The children resolve to solve the mystery, and their investigation takes them from the museum to the library and finally to the grand estate of the eccentric Mrs. Frankweiler, where answers are finally revealed. Featuring actress Ingrid Bergman (of Casablanca fame) as Mrs. Frankweiler.
