BBK Chrome 1-5/8 inch Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Header for Ford F-150/Expedition 4.6L for all BBK short unequal length 1997-2003 F150, Expedition headers are manufactured with 1 5/8 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestrictive airflow. It also has a one piece laser cut flange for added strength and durability. All BBK exhaust headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance. Each shorty unequal length exhaust header for the BBK 1997-1998 F-150 and Expedition has been designed and dyno tested at the BBK headquarters in Southern California to maximize performance.
