This Outback Steakhouse Kangaroo Wacky Wobbler is a promotional piece only and was never was sold in stores. It celebrates the 15th Anniversary of Outback Steakhouse: 1988 - 2003. The back of the vest has the slogan "No Rules Just Right" printed on it. The kangaroo bobblehead stands 6-3/4" tall. Produced in 2003 by Funko.
