Tappits cutters used for gumpaste and fondant. Set includes upper case script letters and numbers(Floral paste is the name used in the UK (product origin). Gumpaste is the name we use in the US. Fondant is the same sugar mixture as gumpaste/floral paste with a few added ingredients so it does not get hard like the others. Either way these cutter can be used as described).
