Each Kool Collar includes a Kool Tube which you simply fill with water, freeze the tube, then insert it into the collar to keep your dog cool. The collar can also be filled with ice and as the ice melts it will run down the front of the dog and not only offer a comfortable cool sensation, but also, and more importantly, it promotes evaporative cooling over the vascular chest area of the dog. The action of the water evaporating cools the blood and the core temperature of the dog. Medium collar is adjustable from 17.5"" - 24"".
