-As a daily hair & scalp treatment: Part hair into segments and apply a small amount directly to scalp and hair. Massage gently. Wash and style as usual.
-Pre-shampoo treatment: Massage a generous amount into scalp and hair, comb through-from roots to ends and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Shampoo and rinse well.
-For deep conditioning: Apply as an overnight treatment. Shampoo and rinse in the morning.
