Just open the two piece form, fill with damp soil mix and snap closed together again. Liner has precut planting holes. Use sharp knife or scissors to cut additional holes. Inside soil cavity measures 3.5" x 3.5". You will receive one complete wreath form ready to plant. Be aware of cheap imitation on this site.
