Fiasconaro is a bakery operated by 3 brothers in the Village of Castelbuono in the Madonie region of Sicily. The brothers grandfather taught them the art of hand baked confectionary. Working with his tradtional techniques baking Panettone the tradtional Christmas cake of Milan. The Pandorato is similar to traditional Pandoro but with candied orange peel soaked in marsala is added. The cake is naturally leavened and topped with icing and vanilla scented powdered sugar. Each cake is hand wrapped. Made in Italy.
