Raw walnuts freshly ground in small batches upon receipt of orders into a yummy walnut butter - nothing else added. No additives such as sugar or salt, no preservatives, stabilizers, hydrogenated oils or trans fats. Walnuts are known to be a good source for protein and omega-3 essential fatty acids. They're also low in saturated fats. Another customer favorite. The texture is both crumbly and incredibly creamy at the same time.
