Lower quality cushions that use just a depression may end up exerting pressure over time, as the resiliency of the memory foam breaks down. The carry handle is a cutaway style at the narrow end, which doesn't detract from the cushion's performance. Also, unlike styles with attached handles on the thicker backs, our orthopedic cushion can be used on just about every seating surface without the handle getting in the way of the tender tailbone.. This cushion measures 18" x 14" x 3" (at the widest point), and is tested to support up to 300lbs.
