Launching in 1865 Rose's started out supplying ships and provisions, which included lime juice. Then soon after in 1867 business was at an all time high when lime juice was considered mandatory for ships to provide, then later on Rose's decided to start selling sweetened lime juice. Over the years Rose's went through many changes including moving to bigger factory's and manufacturing calcium citrate and citric acid crystals.

By the 1940's Rose's were well known for it's lime marmalade which is still makes in the same traditional fashion to this day.

Rose's Lemon & Lime Fine Cut Marmalade is a refreshing pure fruit marmalade made only with citrus fruit.
