Cando black inflatable vestibular disc cushion is used to activate and exercise major muscle groups, and mimics the movement and shape of an inflatable exercise ball when used on a seat. The disc can be placed on the floor to use as a standing disc for balance training, proprioception, and strengthening lower extremities. The disc deflates to 1.0" and inflates to 2.0" thickness for varying firmness, and has one flat side and one nubby side for a tactile feedback and stimulation. The disc measures 14”/35cm in diameter, with 300 lb. weight capacity.
