Do not use if cap has been previously removed. 1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly. 2. Select fingertip site, slightly off-center. 3. Remove protective lancet cover; see above. 4. Insert lancet into lancing device; use to puncture skin. 5. Apply drop of blood to test strip; wipe excess from finger. 6.
