The Speedball Mona Lisa Water-Based Red Basecoat will add a deep, red luster and allow metal leaf to exude a true nature.  This 2 ounce jar of red basecoat for metal leafing is water-based and conforms to D-4236.  The red basecoat applies easily with a brush and also works as a sealant before you begin your leafing project.  Cleanup is fast and easy using soap and water.  The Speedball Mona Lisa Water-Based Red Basecoat is proudly made in the USA!
