A colorless, final varnish with a matte finish for oil paintings protects against dirt, moisture and scuffing and is processed with pure gum damar. It brings out the beauty of colors with an even matte finish. This spray varnish should be applied to finished works that have dried for at least 6 months. Test spray nozzle before applying to work. Spray in slow, even strokes left to right. Let dry before turning work 90 degrees before re-applying. Transparent, quick-drying and permanent. When properly used it will not 'bloom', or cloud with age. Designed to provide a uniformly fine mist. Easily removed with Pure Gum Spirits of Turpentine or Grumtine. Not soluble in mineral spirits, petroleum solvents or any odorless paint thinners. Made in USA.
