Academy Award-winner Tilda Swinton plays Julia, an alcoholic who, between shots of vodka and one-night stands, gets by on nickel-and-dime jobs. Increasingly lonely, her alcohol-induced confusion daily reinforces her sense that life has dealt her a losing hand.
