Soon after the JLU is formed, Green Lantern leads a strike team consisting of Supergirl & Captain Atom on a misson to stop the rampaging robot, Brimstone. During the fight, Supergirl's inexperience leads to disasterous consequences, as Captain Atom is forced to absorb a massive amount of radiation & temporarily explodes!
