This is a black metal license plate frame with two mounting holes on the top only. Fits standard size 6 by 12 inch license plates. Frame looks good with a sleek black finish. Bottom of frame does have room for engraving or decals if you wish to customize this frame. Top of frame will allow state stickers to be shown if used in your state.
