Jamie Kennedy stars as Brad "B-Rad" Gluckman, the most unwanted rapper in upscale Malibu, California. B-Rad walks the walk, talks the talk and acts like one bad mutha from the 'hood ... embarrassing his wealthy father, who's a candidate for governor. In a tough-love plan, B-Rad's father hires a couple of out-of-work actors to portray thugs, kidnap Brad and leave him stranded in the real 'hood to scare the hip hop out of him. Now, in a wild ride to Compton and back, the white rapper shows he's too real to quit, wins the heart of hottie Shondra -- and proves he's Malibu's Most Wanted.
