Four Year Strong turned heads in September 2007 with the release of their debut album, Rise Or Die Trying. With over 40,000 CD's sold to date, the Worcester, MA quintet have made themselves known as one of Alternative Press' 'Most Anticipated of '09', not to mention Rolling Stone's '40 Bands You Need To Know'. This 2009 album, Explains It All, is a tribute to their favorite songs of the '90s.
