The roller's standard density provides comfortable massage for rolling out trigger points, knots and areas of increased muscle density.

Its half-round shape offers improved stability and progression for balance training, early rehabilitation and beginning Pilates. Using the rounder side down increases dynamic challenge, while the flatter side down provides more stability.

Can be easily cleaned with a disinfecting wipe or a wet cloth with mild detergent.
