Goes o clear and glows in the dark. Can be used alone or on top of other makeup. This FDA approved liquid face and body paint is a perfect base for character makeups and widely used in the entertainment industry, for schools, plays and sporting events. Washes easily with soap and water. Apply with a brush or sponge and allow to dry. Does not need to be sealed with powder, but can be set using Mehron Barrier Spray.
