Guitarist Graham Dechter is the youngest member of the acclaimed Clayton/Hamilton Jazz Orchestra and is featured here on his debut release as a leader, Right On Time. Dechter enlisted the two leaders of the Clayton/Hamilton Jazz Orchestra, John Clayton and Jeff Hamilton as well as the band's brilliant pianist, Tamir Hendelman as his sidemen. The group weaves their way through a variety of seldom heard standards, brilliantly arranged by Dechter, and a couple of captivating originals. This brilliant 22 year old guitarist's sound is rooted in the jazz tradition with his own unique style.
