Eugene, Oregon's multi-platinum selling Cherry Poppin' Daddies are back with a new album, Susquehanna. Susquehanna bringstogether the Daddies west coast retro style and Latin influences: Flamenco, Greaser Rock, Swing, Ska, Glam, and Soca to name a few.One of the standout tracks is Blood Orange Sun, a mid-tempo Ska effort that grooves like Sublime; with aching, summer harmonies reminiscent of the Beach Boys. Susquehanna is a multicultural, aesthetically ambitious collection of perfectly produced songsthat adds up to more than the sum of its parts.
