He faces many life-threatening dangers as he tries to break into the inner circle of the sinister criminal "The Tortoise." Although not officially penned by Edgar or Bryan Wallace, this excellent German chiller was made in the exact same style at all the other '60s Wallace films and is widely considered as part of the series.
