Charlie Sheen joins the cast as Charlie Crawford, the slick, suave and sarcastic replacement for the recently departed Mike Flaherty (Michael J. Fox). And with a new ego in the office come new problems. Caitlin (Heather Locklear), now a seasoned vet in dealing with the aloof Mayor Winston (Barry Bostwick), has no problem letting Charlie know who's really in charge. And while their characters may not click at first, the chemistry between Sheen and Locklear is positively electrifying.
