- JUST 1 TABLESPOON A DAY: Our flax seed oil tastes great straight off of the spoon, or mixed into salad dressings, yogurt, oatmeal or smoothies. Take 1 to 2 Tbsp daily. Keep out of reach of children, and never give to pets. Refrigerate after opening. The expiration date is printed on the bottom back of every bottle, next to the manufacture date (MFG).
