The pressure display shuts off automatically after 45 seconds to conserve battery life. Simply press the "On" button (">") to reactivate the display. To see if calibration is needed, turn the gauge on when it is not pressurized. If it reads "0.0," there is no need to calibrate. On the infrequent occasions where calibration is required, follow the simple instructions on the gauge or the package.
