The Charentais melon is a delicious, sweet melon variety. This European heirloom makes a great addition to your garden. This fragile melon does not ship well, so it is not a variety found in stores. It is known as a "true" cantaloupe, as ones in the grocery store are actually musk melons. The seed comes in a 1 gram package.
