The first in a new series (and sixth Indelible Grace CD overall), By Thy Mercy: Indelible Grace Acoustic finds the Nashville artist collective stripping away the electric guitars, but still staying true to the goal of taking old hymns and presenting them with fresh melodies. From the powerful opening title track (recorded by the IG touring band leader Matthew Smith) to the ending lament (Lo The Storms of Life are Breaking, beautifully sung by Sandra McCracken), Indelible Grace fans will much to love on this album.

The CD version contains two bonus tracks not available in the MP3 version: Arise My Soul Arise (feat. Matthew Smith) and O Love That Will Not Let Me Go (feat. Sandra McCracken).
