These are empty 4 Disc Capacity Blu-Ray DVD boxes with full wrap-around sleeve (this is where you slide the front paper / artwork into so it shows).

The cases are 21mm thick (over 2 times thicker than a standard blu-ray case) and have the Blu-Ray logo EMBOSSED on the outside at the center of the top. The case has 2 clips on the inside to hold booklets.
