(from back of box) Simply insert Flash Bar into your ONE STEP or other Flash Bar Cameras and you're ready to take flash pictures. When you have used five flashes, remove flash bar and re-insert into camera with unused side facing forward. Flash Bar can be removed at any time even though all flashes on one side have been used. When re-inserting into camera, make sure that side containing unused flashbulbs faces forward. Camera will automatically switch to unused flashbulbs on that side.
